GBSo comfortable.. Great service on the delivery. Mattress, OMG so comfortable!! The downside is we don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Regular back ache with our old mattress has completely disappeared!! Love it......

GBReceived your mattress is thrifty time Received your mattress is thrifty time, we must say that's a heavy box! Unwrapped, stood back while it exploded and left it to recuperate on its new foundation. We slept well on it these past two nights. I'm happy, husband is, too.

GBDelivery delays, bad communication We timed our mattress delivery for our move-in and there have been delays, which in themselves can happen. What I do not appreciate is the complete lack of communication about it. It is not normal for me to have to call to know why my mattress hasn't arrived. Every time I call, I get different information as well. I have been sleeping on an air mattress for the past two weeks. This is not what I expected from this company.

GBThe mattress is ok, customer service not ok The mattress is nice -- But the "white glove" delivery is not acceptable considering how much money you spend. It was delivered in an unmarked cargo truck brought up to my room by two delivery men in packages that were covered in a black soot. So to open the packages the soot got everywhere on my brand new rug then of course the hands were dirty from the soot and so it got onto my mattress. I wrote to complain and they gave such an automated "sorry" reply and something to the effect of "at least the mattress was wrapped." It shows me that delivery is really not something they care about once you order the mattres. Furthermore the delivery team couldn't speak English So I couldn't communicate to them to be careful about the soot and I had to wipe down the packaging and provide them with cleaning materials for themselves -- they set it up without explaining everything and left leaving some packaging material behind. The customer experience was not great. That plus the mattress isn't worth the money.

GBHappy hips, lower back, and knees After doing a lot of online research and reading many, many reviews, I rolled the dice on getting my first bed-in-a-box and I'm so glad I did. Like several other people have mentioned in reviews, I'd thought some of the aches and pains I was experiencing (both at night while trying to sleep and the next day, upon getting up) were just the inevitable result of getting older. Nope! They were the result of me staying overly attached to a ten year old, 7 to 8 inch thick Tempur-Pedic. My 52 year old bod apparently needs more support than what a foam only mattress of those dimensions can offer, so I went with the Leesa Sapira Hybrid and could actually _feel_ the difference in my body after the very first night, especially in my lower back, hips, and knees. Movement is no longer something I have to think about or take my time with in the morning. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's like suddenly being ten years younger! Incredibly happy with my purchase.
