Leesa used Fedex, Fedex and Leesa hate customers! Leesa shipped our mattress via Fedex, who dumped the mattress on our driveway. Driver didn't ring bell, despite large note on front door asking delivery drivers to RING BELL. They did not text, or call as per the agreement, or bother to haul the 110LB matress up the 15 stairs for my 73 year old wife. That's Leesa/Fedex for you. Maybe next time they'll leave a note saying "Free Mattress".

Delivery delays, bad communication We timed our mattress delivery for our move-in and there have been delays, which in themselves can happen. What I do not appreciate is the complete lack of communication about it. It is not normal for me to have to call to know why my mattress hasn't arrived. Every time I call, I get different information as well. I have been sleeping on an air mattress for the past two weeks. This is not what I expected from this company.

Very Quick Delivery Our items were delivered promptly and securely. I’m surprised by how quickly Leesa fulfills orders. Second time ordering a mattress etc. from them and still satisfied!

Comfortable for Adults Too We’d originally purchased two Naturepedic trundle mattresses for our kids’ new bunk bed. While the kids were fine with the mattresses were not comfortable at all for adults. We decided to try the Leesa mattress for the bottom bunk and it’s so much better! It’s actually really comfortable, so those nights we fall asleep with our kids are cozy for all.

Received your mattress is thrifty time Received your mattress is thrifty time, we must say that's a heavy box! Unwrapped, stood back while it exploded and left it to recuperate on its new foundation. We slept well on it these past two nights. I'm happy, husband is, too.
