Happy with design of new bed frame (a… Happy with design of new bed frame (a little tough getting the 4th pin installed) but Fed Ex delivery person just dropped it on snowy / wet driveway (never came to door to let us know we had a delivery). Also appeared to me that mattress was coming in same shipment but looks like it may not get here until a week or so later.

Leesa used Fedex, Fedex and Leesa hate customers! Leesa shipped our mattress via Fedex, who dumped the mattress on our driveway. Driver didn't ring bell, despite large note on front door asking delivery drivers to RING BELL. They did not text, or call as per the agreement, or bother to haul the 110LB matress up the 15 stairs for my 73 year old wife. That's Leesa/Fedex for you. Maybe next time they'll leave a note saying "Free Mattress".

Very Quick Delivery Our items were delivered promptly and securely. I’m surprised by how quickly Leesa fulfills orders. Second time ordering a mattress etc. from them and still satisfied!

The mattress is ok, customer service not ok The mattress is nice -- But the "white glove" delivery is not acceptable considering how much money you spend. It was delivered in an unmarked cargo truck brought up to my room by two delivery men in packages that were covered in a black soot. So to open the packages the soot got everywhere on my brand new rug then of course the hands were dirty from the soot and so it got onto my mattress. I wrote to complain and they gave such an automated "sorry" reply and something to the effect of "at least the mattress was wrapped." It shows me that delivery is really not something they care about once you order the mattres. Furthermore the delivery team couldn't speak English So I couldn't communicate to them to be careful about the soot and I had to wipe down the packaging and provide them with cleaning materials for themselves -- they set it up without explaining everything and left leaving some packaging material behind. The customer experience was not great. That plus the mattress isn't worth the money.

We bought our first "bed in box"… We bought our first "bed in box" mattress from Leesa. I used the mattress quiz to choose the right bed for us, and it worked! It was more affordable than traditional mattress and comfortable.
