Happy hips, lower back, and knees After doing a lot of online research and reading many, many reviews, I rolled the dice on getting my first bed-in-a-box and I'm so glad I did. Like several other people have mentioned in reviews, I'd thought some of the aches and pains I was experiencing (both at night while trying to sleep and the next day, upon getting up) were just the inevitable result of getting older. Nope! They were the result of me staying overly attached to a ten year old, 7 to 8 inch thick Tempur-Pedic. My 52 year old bod apparently needs more support than what a foam only mattress of those dimensions can offer, so I went with the Leesa Sapira Hybrid and could actually _feel_ the difference in my body after the very first night, especially in my lower back, hips, and knees. Movement is no longer something I have to think about or take my time with in the morning. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's like suddenly being ten years younger!
