GBPillows.com kept my $$$ without any explanation or notification I ordered 2 pillows from Pillows.com. They were not comfortable at all, so I returned them. Their return policy says that they charge a $9.99 shipping fee to return items. However, Pillows.com kept $43.99. No explanation, no confirmation email, no order update in my online account. I contacted them but never got a response. Do NOT buy from Pillows.com.

GBUnbelievably helpful Unbelievably helpful. Ordered two king pillows, minor mix-up by me and received back sleeper pillows, not the side sleeper as I thought ordered. Wrote and inquired, given specific instructions on re-order and when received 2nd set of my king pillows, shipping receipt included in box. Paid a little more but the side sleeper version a bit higher by few dollars. Smooth transactions, receiving both orders promptly, shipping returns flawlessly easy. Great to deal with them.
