USI've purchased new pillow & case from… I've purchased new pillow & case from this company back in 7/8/2022 order number 3150475 and paid $$105.18. The pillow I received didn't have much cushion and it felt too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for refund. I've called and sent email to the company, no response, so left a complaint on Better Business Bureau, but now its erased or gone. Not sure what happened. Person name Dana reached out to me with return shipping label, so I simply returned the pillow & case that was delivered. Now, company is saying the pillow does not belong to them and cannot issue refund. I will never purchase any pillows from this company as my experience with customer service is terrible.

USI received my order very quickly I received my order very quickly! Unfortunately, I did a poor job of choosing and the pillow won't work for me. I was sick for 2 weeks after I received it, so haven't returned/reordered yet, but shipping was amazingly fast!

USWe ordered two pillows We ordered two pillows, I didn’t care for one of them so I asked for an exchange and I got an answer the very next day and they sent me the one I needed and a free return label for the other I wanted to return. Very fast shipping and very friendly customer service.

USPillows.com kept my $$$ without any explanation or notification I ordered 2 pillows from Pillows.com. They were not comfortable at all, so I returned them. Their return policy says that they charge a $9.99 shipping fee to return items. However, Pillows.com kept $43.99. No explanation, no confirmation email, no order update in my online account. I contacted them but never got a response. Do NOT buy from Pillows.com.
