Stay in Holiday Inn We stayed in a Holiday Inn recently and fell in love with thier soft pillows. When I asked the from desk about them, they gave me this website and said this is where we get ours. Bingo! We ordered and had them in a couple days! Best pillows around! We sleep so much better now!

Unbelievably helpful Unbelievably helpful. Ordered two king pillows, minor mix-up by me and received back sleeper pillows, not the side sleeper as I thought ordered. Wrote and inquired, given specific instructions on re-order and when received 2nd set of my king pillows, shipping receipt included in box. Paid a little more but the side sleeper version a bit higher by few dollars. Smooth transactions, receiving both orders promptly, shipping returns flawlessly easy. Great to deal with them.

I've purchased new pillow & case from… I've purchased new pillow & case from this company back in 7/8/2022 order number 3150475 and paid $$105.18. The pillow I received didn't have much cushion and it felt too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for refund. I've called and sent email to the company, no response, so left a complaint on Better Business Bureau, but now its erased or gone. Not sure what happened. Person name Dana reached out to me with return shipping label, so I simply returned the pillow & case that was delivered. Now, company is saying the pillow does not belong to them and cannot issue refund. I will never purchase any pillows from this company as my experience with customer service is terrible.
