GBWe ordered two pillows We ordered two pillows, I didn’t care for one of them so I asked for an exchange and I got an answer the very next day and they sent me the one I needed and a free return label for the other I wanted to return. Very fast shipping and very friendly customer service.

GBI received my order very quickly I received my order very quickly! Unfortunately, I did a poor job of choosing and the pillow won't work for me. I was sick for 2 weeks after I received it, so haven't returned/reordered yet, but shipping was amazingly fast!

GBPillows.com kept my $$$ without any explanation or notification I ordered 2 pillows from Pillows.com. They were not comfortable at all, so I returned them. Their return policy says that they charge a $9.99 shipping fee to return items. However, Pillows.com kept $43.99. No explanation, no confirmation email, no order update in my online account. I contacted them but never got a response. Do NOT buy from Pillows.com.

GBThe pillows are FLAT and not at all… The pillows are FLAT and not at all like any hotel pillow I've ever used, let alone a great quality feather pillow. I will never buy from your site again. These pillows were poorly represented by the site.
