Just what I wanted Saw a rug in a villa we rented in St. Maarten and fell in love so I had to find it! One of the worst experiences I've had… One of the worst experiences I've had with a purchase. Customer service is atrocious. Their return policy is misleading and does not state that something like a lamp cannot have been installed. I purchased a Marset Vetra pendant, and not only was the wiring to the ac/dc adapter poorly assembled, but after following the instructions to install (twice, now after I've been told I can't return it) it it is completely lopsided and will not level. Neither Marset nor Viesso has offered any sort of assistance and now i am stuck with an extremely expensive piece of junk. I would have been better off buying something from Amazon.

But we thought we could pick one up instead of waiting for shipping. Then pandemic problems made everything unavailable. While the local store needed prodding, Viesso remembered our interest and let is know when the table we wanted became available again, then shipped it for free.
