GBAmazing quality and service We are super happy with our Woud Array Highboard. We actually ordered another piece that we didn’t love and the return process was smooth and easy. I’m not sure why others don’t understand their policy as it is very clear on the website.and is no differently than other furniture companies. Customer service was amazing.

GBBeware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

GBHIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an outstanding experience with Viesso! Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

GBCustomer service is atrocious Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.
