Beware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

Exceptional customer service and spectacular product I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! Bedroom set We ended up buying the Summit Amber bedroom set and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I recommend getting the white glove delivery services. They came in to set up the bedroom set and hauled away all the packaging materials.
