USBad Service Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of most I see here. Maybe because I had a return, which was stated to be returnable on the website (or I would not have bought it). Aside from being damage slightly upon arrival (standard these days), at first they would take it back after a restocking fee of $275. Then they flat out refused to take the item back after finding it was damaged (by them or by transport). This is terrible customer service, and Customer Service is why I buy anything anywhere. Lots of other furniture companies are amazing, why would I buy more from this company with this type of service? Good service, and you have a customer for life, and one who buys more furniture than you could imagine.

USBest Quality and Service Best Quality and Service Viesso offered the best price on high quality Fermob outdoor furniture, better than we could get locally. But we thought we could pick one up instead of waiting for shipping. Then pandemic problems made everything unavailable. While the local store needed prodding, Viesso remembered our interest and let is know when the table we wanted became available again, then shipped it for free. They gave us personal, attentive service, and we could not be happier. Great selection of beautiful items too -- quality merchandise and great service! San Francisco

USModern High-End Furniture with Customer Service to Match Travis has been helpful since day one. I had just purchased my first home and was new to purchasing furniture at that scale. I remember reaching out to the chatbot on a Friday evening and Travis not only answered, but took the time to guide me through the different lines/brands of furniture he offered. He wasn't pushy and took time to answer a lot of my newbie homebuyer questions. I really appreciated that. I ended up purchasing a media console and couch. Fast forward to a year later and I had accidentally pulled off a latch. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to get an answer since it's been a year, but Travis immediately responded, contacted the manufacturer and I received a replacement latch within a week. That's insane customer service. I highly recommend buying from Travis; you truly feel like you matter as a customer.

USExceptional customer service and spectacular product I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! We will be ordering several more once we are ready to move in. I cannot tell you how helpful and easy he was to deal with.
