HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an outstanding experience with Viesso! Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

We recently purchased 6 pieces of… We recently purchased 6 pieces of Currant bedroom furniture. We are waiting on our Cal King bed that is in production as I type. Travis has been outstanding on following up and getting us our 2 night tables, side table, dresser and chest of drawers shipped and delivered to us in a very timely manner! It was a pleasure working with Travis and Viesso! Mark and Sheri Ryan Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Exceptional customer service and spectacular product I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! We will be ordering several more once we are ready to move in. I cannot tell you how helpful and easy he was to deal with. Viesso prices are better than your competitors and free shipping was a big Plus as well. Thank you so much! I’ve shown the rug to dozens of friends, contractors, people within the industry and everyone is freaking out about how awesome they are! I hope to send you lots of business. You’re awesome :-)

My contact with Viesso went on for … My contact with Viesso went on for several months, as I was trying to decide which sofa to purchase. Customer Service was most helpful in explaining to me the differences in the products and reassuring me that everything was eco-friendly and non-toxic. I asked many questions & received many answers. When I finally got the sofa I picked, it was too low, so I contact my Viesso rep. again & she suggested we swap out the legs for taller ones. This was done in a matter of a couple of weeks and now I am completely satisfied. My customer service rep. was Amira.

One of the worst experiences I've had… One of the worst experiences I've had with a purchase. Customer service is atrocious. Their return policy is misleading and does not state that something like a lamp cannot have been installed. I purchased a Marset Vetra pendant, and not only was the wiring to the ac/dc adapter poorly assembled, but after following the instructions to install (twice, now after I've been told I can't return it) it it is completely lopsided and will not level. Neither Marset nor Viesso has offered any sort of assistance and now i am stuck with an extremely expensive piece of junk. I would have been better off buying something from Amazon.
