After doing a internet search I was pleasantly surprised to find Viesso who sold this wonderful rug I had to have. GBAmazing quality and service We are super happy with our Woud Array Highboard. We actually ordered another piece that we didn’t love and the return process was smooth and easy. I’m not sure why others don’t understand their policy as it is very clear on the website.and is no differently than other furniture companies. Customer service was amazing.

GBCustomer service is atrocious Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.

GBVery good experience overall Very good experience overall. Viesso offers a wide selection of colors and sizes for a certain rug that I wanted, and I liked having a lot to choose from. The product they sent was well-packaged for shipping. And they were responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I would order from them again.

GBBeware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.
