The product they sent was well-packaged for shipping. And they were responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I would order from them again.

Just what I wanted Saw a rug in a villa we rented in St. Maarten and fell in love so I had to find it! After doing a internet search I was pleasantly surprised to find Viesso who sold this wonderful rug I had to have. Great Customer Service Viesso representatives are knowledgeable and accessible. They answer the phone which is basically unheard of today do everything they can to help make the buying experience a great one!

Customer service is atrocious Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Exceptional I have to say, their customer service is exceptional!! They took their time to answer all my questions. Made my purchase decision easy. Super happy with my new bar stools. Best part is that everyone complements them. Highly recommend.
