But we thought we could pick one up instead of waiting for shipping. Then pandemic problems made everything unavailable. While the local store needed prodding, Viesso remembered our interest and let is know when the table we wanted became available again, then shipped it for free. Beware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

I remember reaching out to the chatbot on a Friday evening and Travis not only answered, but took the time to guide me through the different lines/brands of furniture he offered. He wasn't pushy and took time to answer a lot of my newbie homebuyer questions. I really appreciated that. I ended up purchasing a media console and couch. Fast forward to a year later and I had accidentally pulled off a latch. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to get an answer since it's been a year, but Travis immediately responded, contacted the manufacturer and I received a replacement latch within a week. That's insane customer service. I highly recommend buying from Travis; you truly feel like you matter as a customer.

Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
