HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an outstanding experience with Viesso! Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Happy Customer… I was looking for some unique dinning modern chairs and I am extremely happy with the Romano Dining Chairs. It gave my dinning room a great modern and homie feel. Also extremely comfortable.

Bedroom set We ended up buying the Summit Amber bedroom set and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I recommend getting the white glove delivery services. They came in to set up the bedroom set and hauled away all the packaging materials.

Customer service is atrocious Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Just what I wanted Saw a rug in a villa we rented in St. Maarten and fell in love so I had to find it! After doing a internet search I was pleasantly surprised to find Viesso who sold this wonderful rug I had to have. From start to finish it was a great experience and I now enjoy my rug in my own home! :) Thank you!
