GBMy contact with Viesso went on for … My contact with Viesso went on for several months, as I was trying to decide which sofa to purchase. Customer Service was most helpful in explaining to me the differences in the products and reassuring me that everything was eco-friendly and non-toxic. I asked many questions & received many answers. When I finally got the sofa I picked, it was too low, so I contact my Viesso rep. again & she suggested we swap out the legs for taller ones. This was done in a matter of a couple of weeks and now I am completely satisfied. My customer service rep. was Amira.

GBBedroom set We ended up buying the Summit Amber bedroom set and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I recommend getting the white glove delivery services. They came in to set up the bedroom set and hauled away all the packaging materials.

GBBeware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

GBCustomer service is atrocious Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.
