Travis has been outstanding on following up and getting us our 2 night tables, side table, dresser and chest of drawers shipped and delivered to us in a very timely manner! USJust what I wanted Saw a rug in a villa we rented in St. Maarten and fell in love so I had to find it! After doing a internet search I was pleasantly surprised to find Viesso who sold this wonderful rug I had to have. USHIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an outstanding experience with Viesso! Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

USMy contact with Viesso went on for … My contact with Viesso went on for several months, as I was trying to decide which sofa to purchase. Customer Service was most helpful in explaining to me the differences in the products and reassuring me that everything was eco-friendly and non-toxic. I asked many questions & received many answers. When I finally got the sofa I picked, it was too low, so I contact my Viesso rep. again & she suggested we swap out the legs for taller ones. This was done in a matter of a couple of weeks and now I am completely satisfied. My customer service rep. was Amira.

USVery bad customer service. Very bad customer service. They don't answer e-mails. It took me almost a week just to find out they don't have the item in their warehouse (after numerous of e-mails and phone calls). But they already took money from my account... I canceled my booking with them. That also wasn't easy process. I'll never shop there again.
