I ordered my couch covers on November… I ordered my couch covers on November 8th and over 6 weeks later, they still hadn't been sent. The customer service staff were apologetic but nothing ever seemed to move. There was no communication and they keep blaming it on the courriers. I was so beyond frustrated at the lack of transparency and false promises that I ended up cancelling my order. Will order from someone else.

After ordering I had a question about my order and I had a response in 24 hours and it was very thorough. The product is wonderful and easy to use.
