Couchsavers cares about their customers Couchsavers is very customer friendly and has been quick to provide updates and answers to my shipment. The people there obviously care about their customers and their needs. I did have an inquiry about my product shipment and my question was answered quickly.

Total Scam…Don’t waste your money I’m sad to be writing this as I was stoked to find couch covers that we loved. However we ordered 2 couch covers from couchsavers.com back in May (over 3 months ago) and have still not received them. The tracking information gets updates about once every month as is constantly shipping and arriving from different locations than previously posted (different final destinations and departures it doesn’t add up) they have refused to refund us due to “it days it is on route”. Completely Inexcusable!! It is a scam, don’t waste your money on a product that never arrives.

I ordered my couch covers on November… I ordered my couch covers on November 8th and over 6 weeks later, they still hadn't been sent. The customer service staff were apologetic but nothing ever seemed to move. There was no communication and they keep blaming it on the courriers. I was so beyond frustrated at the lack of transparency and false promises that I ended up cancelling my order. Will order from someone else.

I ordered over a year ago with no… I ordered over a year ago with no problem. This time, I ordered over 3 months ago, and despite numerous inquiries where the replies ranged from “your order is packaged and awaiting shipment”, then “it’s backordered” then “shipping is delayed due to Covid, still no cover. I’m on my third time requesting a refund, and will now be disputing this with my bank. This is a terrible company that used to be pretty good.

Excellent Customer Service My order was understandably delayed due to our current situation with COVID. When I asked for an update a few weeks later, I received a very prompt reply reassuring me that my order was on the way. I was so happy when it finally arrived! Excellent product!
