CATotal Scam…Don’t waste your money I’m sad to be writing this as I was stoked to find couch covers that we loved. However we ordered 2 couch covers from couchsavers.com back in May (over 3 months ago) and have still not received them. The tracking information gets updates about once every month as is constantly shipping and arriving from different locations than previously posted (different final destinations and departures it doesn’t add up) they have refused to refund us due to “it days it is on route”. Completely Inexcusable!! It is a scam, don’t waste your money on a product that never arrives.

USReached out to customer service to get… Reached out to customer service to get their recommendations on size—sent them measurements and a picture of my couch. They recommended a certain size which I then purchased. It took two and a half months to arrive and didn’t fit. They were not willing to assist me in exchanging and instead insisted that I pay shipping to return and a $20 restocking fee meaning I would get less than 50% of my money back. Waste of money, would not recommend!!

USAlways keeping you updated! I have not received my CouchSavers yet but I am super excited. I am supposed to get it this Friday, July 31st. I am appreciative for CouchSavers keeping me updated on my order status! I have 4 dogs and one of them especially is a couch potato so I know the CouchSaver I picked will be the perfect fit for me and my furry children!

USWould be nice to actually receive this… Would be nice to actually receive this item. It’s been over 2 weeks since ordered, with no one from customer service is able to tell me when the item will be delivered. Buyer beware this ships from China (I didn’t realize this when purchased), and it was not communicated that there would be such a shipping delay. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was refused. If you need or want something within a reasonable timeframe, shop domestic for now.

USExcellent Customer Service My order was understandably delayed due to our current situation with COVID. When I asked for an update a few weeks later, I received a very prompt reply reassuring me that my order was on the way. I was so happy when it finally arrived! Excellent product!
