GBThe website is very easy to use The website is very easy to use. The instructions on how to measure your couch allow you to know just what size to order and are spot on. After ordering I had a question about my order and I had a response in 24 hours and it was very thorough. The product is wonderful and easy to use. Absolutely 💯 recommend updating your current couch with one if these covers!

GBWould be nice to actually receive this… Would be nice to actually receive this item. It’s been over 2 weeks since ordered, with no one from customer service is able to tell me when the item will be delivered. Buyer beware this ships from China (I didn’t realize this when purchased), and it was not communicated that there would be such a shipping delay. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was refused. If you need or want something within a reasonable timeframe, shop domestic for now.
