USOrdered a 2 seater and a 4 seater only… Ordered a 2 seater and a 4 seater only received 2 seater. Alerted customer service immediately. Followed by a series of back and forth emails, pictures of packaging, etc. only to be told that I had free shipping and they don't cover lost or stolen items (which they determined that fedex says they received both seaters). I guess I'm just out due to no fault of my own. They told me to purchase more items from them and they can offer me a discount!! It took almost two months of waiting before I got anything and when I get it - i'm ripped off! Buyer Beware!!!!

USShipping delays... I waited over a month for my order to ship. I understand about the COVID delays. I work in retail sales and have been greatly affected with covid inventory constraints too. However, your website kept advertising 2-3 day shipping and “quick shipping times” all month long. I chatted with tech support 5 times! It took 5 times to escalate my order. It finally shipped but I am still waiting for delivery
