FedEx damaged the first two, and the third was shipped via UPS , Ifinaly got my Touchstone Sideline 50" White electric fireplace. Jessica in customer was extremely helpful and was very prompt with messages and phone calls to make it possible. The fireplace is stunning. The flames and colors make an outstanding statement. Electric Fireplace. I ordered a 36 inch electric fireplace. They said one to two weeks to ship. I received it in exactly two weeks from ordering date. It works great with or without heat and really so beautiful to just look at. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase one.
