Great fireplace and service! Arrived quickly and very easy to hang on the wall. Only issue was the box was missing a remote which Hearth Mart's customer care took care of ASAP. Great experience overall with the product and Hearth Mart.

Out of business and so is parent company I purchased a fireplace in February 2024. It did not come with all parts and was scratched. They were going to send the wall switch and never did. I've been calling and messaging with no response. Their phones lines are now down and just give a busy signal but their website appears to still be operating for sales but no one has responded to multiple chat attempts and messages at the email address provided. They are supposedly owned by Fireplaces USA which has phone lines that only give a fast busy sound too. Run from this company because lots of us have not received items and cannot get support, some not receiving any of the products they purchased.

After a week my order was still not… After a week my order was still not shipped. With Amazon it would have shipped in a day. Wasn't worth the 10 dollar discount since I haven't received the product nor has it shipped.

Hearth Mart provides great online service for a variety of products. I have and will continue to recommend Heart Mart and their website as well to my friends and family! I was looking for a Solo fire pit and components and came across the Hearth Mart site. I am very impressed with their website. it is very informative and has many different products for everyone's personal taste. I was able to find the products I needed and also received a 10% discount on my purchase. The communication for the order and delivery was fantastic. I did not have any issues with my packages, and they arrived ahead of the original delivery date.

I have not received my fireplace it’s… I have not received my fireplace it’s do to arrive this week sometime. But so far I had a very pleasant experience with Hearthmart from the moment I decided to order it to placing the order. Loved the following up emails with all the friendly words. I myself use to work in customer services so great job. Definitely don’t feel I have to worry about reaching out in case I should have a question or concerns. Let’s hope everything will run smoothly with the fireplace but so far 5 stars from me 😉
