But so far I had a very pleasant experience with Hearthmart from the moment I decided to order it to placing the order. Loved the following up emails with all the friendly words. I myself use to work in customer services so great job. Definitely don’t feel I have to worry about reaching out in case I should have a question or concerns. Let’s hope everything will run smoothly with the fireplace but so far 5 stars from me 😉

We love the fireplace We love the fireplace. The delivery by Fed-ex was disappointing, however, as they left it in the middle of the driveway where it blew over. The fireplace seems to be working fine though.

Great fireplace and service! Arrived quickly and very easy to hang on the wall. Only issue was the box was missing a remote which Hearth Mart's customer care took care of ASAP. Great experience overall with the product and Hearth Mart.

After a week my order was still not… After a week my order was still not shipped. With Amazon it would have shipped in a day. Wasn't worth the 10 dollar discount since I haven't received the product nor has it shipped.
