GBHearth Mart provides great online service for a variety of products. I have and will continue to recommend Heart Mart and their website as well to my friends and family! I was looking for a Solo fire pit and components and came across the Hearth Mart site. I am very impressed with their website. it is very informative and has many different products for everyone's personal taste. I was able to find the products I needed and also received a 10% discount on my purchase. The communication for the order and delivery was fantastic. I did not have any issues with my packages, and they arrived ahead of the original delivery date.

GBLack of communication, resolved Lack of communication. I had to open a dispute on my credit card to get this canceled and refunded. why are the charging my card if this is out of stock? Update, I did receive my refund.

GBI was able to find the item I needed. PROS: I was able to find the item I needed at a reasonable price. The website was easy to navigate and looked great. CONS: The use of third-party companies/apps to manage to track my item was confusing. Especially because there seems to be one free option, but also another company that charges a fee. It was a lot of extra work to understand how to track my item. In addition, there was no way to estimate how long it would take to receive my item before purchasing. This is an important factor, especially around the holidays, in determining if one would like to make the purchase in the first place

GBWorst company ever We bought a $1,500.00 plus electric fireplace that was delivered on 12/2/23 by FedEx all banged up. The same day we emailed the company letting them know we were not satisfied with the way the product was delivered. We requested an exchange for the same product but this time on perfect condition. However, the only we have received from them has been excuses. They do not want to honor any kind of warranty nor they want to help us out. We have been exchanging emails for 2 months now with no resolution of the problem. They only want me to be patient and keep waiting but they already have my money in their bank account. We even had to open up a dispute through my credit card company in order to get a FULL refund. For all of you reading this review, I am not making this up or exaggerating my experience with this unfair company. My advice to all of you is to find another company even if you have to pay more. Hope you never have to experience what we are going through. By the way, one star is too generous. If I could give them no stars I would.
