I had some issues completing purchase I had some issues completing purchase. It was saying that my e-mail already had an account but could not go to reset password. finally I was able to get it done and set a password. I really like the last units I purchased. They are in and we are purchasing more. Door safety!

Horrible experience! Horrible experience!! I ordered a part and paid extra to have it shipped 2 day air and it took over a week for them to get up off their lazy cans to even ship it! These people don’t even know the meaning of customer service complete joke. I would suggest go to Deltrex or a company that has a live phone number and people who care about the customer.
