Order from somewhere else So, I placed my order on 8/2/2021. Got an email 8 days later on 8/10/2021 that the order had shipped. As of today, 8/20/2021 it's still in transit. The FedEx tracking shows it's basically been sent on a trip around the US. It was bounced around several locations in Kansas for 4 days, 8/14 through 8/17; really!!!. On the sellers site it says they're not responsible for delays with the carrier, makes sense, but anytime I've ordered something that FedEx was delivering it takes forever. Maybe the seller should consider a more reliable carrier. By the time the filters get here, probably Monday 8/23 it will have been 3 1/2 weeks from the date of order, completely unacceptable. I've had items ordered from China that have gotten here quicker!

Consider before you order Pros- Filter arrives in good order if one considers the "Cons" Cons- Their shipping department does not provide complete address on package. Which involved contact with UPS, can be cumbersome at best. Happened twice to me! Order more than one or two filters. Shipping department apparently only has boxes for larger quantity and NO material to fill the void. Don't expect an answer from their customer service. I received NO answer on multiple inquiries (on order 23325).

Great Filters Our air handler had no filter in it so we had to look up the correct size. Air Filters Delivered had the exact size we were looking for that would fit our Carrier handler. They also had a very high rating due to my kids having allergies and us having a dog. Everything arrived quickly and in great condition. I would definitely recommend using them and I'll use them again.

excellent experience I have had a difficult time purchasing the proper sized air filter for my air conditioner. (The company who installed my unit used an air handler that requires a pretty uncommon filter) The company who did the installation sells the filter, which they claim is a 1 year filter for $99. Rip off.) Air Filters Delivered had exactly what i needed for about 1/3 the cost. I ordered several and they were delivered in about 2 days. Excellent quality, excellent service.
