Does what it says on the tin I purchased the wrong sized filters initially and was able to return them after taking a reasonable restocking hit. I got the correct size once reordered in a couple of days. They're excellent quality and competively priced.i would buy from them again as the initial mistake was my own and the product I now have is excellent.

Good filters made to order My A/C takes an odd size filter (29 1/2 x 23 1/2) and I can't find a high quality filter in the store. This is my second order with them and these custom made filters are a perfect fit and last 2-3 months. The only issue I had is a delay in knowing how long from ordering before shopping and they were slow to respond to my status update request (their email response came two days after I received the filters and it didn't even indicate shipment was made.) Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great product! We have a new construction home with very large air filters. The builder actually pieced together two different sized air filters to fit the space.
