My AC unit takes an off size filter… My AC unit takes an off size filter that can not be found in any store , this is my third order of filters from them and happy with the company . Do not wait till last minute to order as shipping time is roughly a week but again my filters are custom size so they make them .

excellent experience I have had a difficult time purchasing the proper sized air filter for my air conditioner. (The company who installed my unit used an air handler that requires a pretty uncommon filter) The company who did the installation sells the filter, which they claim is a 1 year filter for $99. Rip off.) Air Filters Delivered had exactly what i needed for about 1/3 the cost. I ordered several and they were delivered in about 2 days. Excellent quality, excellent service.

I question the MERV ratings on this… I question the MERV ratings on this site. No where on the filter does it state in printed format, what the rating is, yet smacked on the side of the filter is a stamp that says MERV "XX". I don't know enough about filters to know if this is the correct filter but something is certainly fishy with these filters. The filter is constructed poorly with pleats pushed together and I don't see the quality I've seen from other well known brands such as 3M etc. I'm ordering some other lesser MERV filters to compare and will report back.

Order from somewhere else So, I placed my order on 8/2/2021. Got an email 8 days later on 8/10/2021 that the order had shipped. As of today, 8/20/2021 it's still in transit. The FedEx tracking shows it's basically been sent on a trip around the US. It was bounced around several locations in Kansas for 4 days, 8/14 through 8/17; really!!!. On the sellers site it says they're not responsible for delays with the carrier, makes sense, but anytime I've ordered something that FedEx was delivering it takes forever. Maybe the seller should consider a more reliable carrier. By the time the filters get here, probably Monday 8/23 it will have been 3 1/2 weeks from the date of order, completely unacceptable. I've had items ordered from China that have gotten here quicker!

Ironic that "Delivered" is part of their name I ordered 2 sizes of filters on 1/3/20 and received only half the order 1/12/20. I contacted them and Fedex, and instead of saying that THEY inadvertently shipped only part of the ordered, they lied and said that the boxes got separated, and sent me a NEW TRACKING NUMBER. Why did I get another email from them saying my "order has shipped" and here "is your tracking number"?? At least be honest. I will not be ordering from them again.
