Not received Ordered (charged card) and never received. After 2 weeks, tried to contact customer service and they said it would be another 5 business days to get back to you. Didn't appreciate delay tactics so might as well buys somewhere else.

Easy to use, Really fast response I was very pleased with the ease of using the airfiltersdelivered.com website, I found the correct size and type of air filter with just a couple of clicks. I ordered on a Sunday and was happy to get a confirmation e-mail the same day. I was truly amazed on Monday when I found an e-mail notice that my filters had been shipped and even more happily surprised when FedEx showed up on Tuesday with the delivery. I will absolutely use airfiltersdelivered.com for my future needs.

Order from somewhere else So, I placed my order on 8/2/2021. Got an email 8 days later on 8/10/2021 that the order had shipped. As of today, 8/20/2021 it's still in transit. The FedEx tracking shows it's basically been sent on a trip around the US. It was bounced around several locations in Kansas for 4 days, 8/14 through 8/17; really!!!. On the sellers site it says they're not responsible for delays with the carrier, makes sense, but anytime I've ordered something that FedEx was delivering it takes forever. Maybe the seller should consider a more reliable carrier. By the time the filters get here, probably Monday 8/23 it will have been 3 1/2 weeks from the date of order, completely unacceptable. I've had items ordered from China that have gotten here quicker!

Great product and fast delivery Their air filters are a perfect fit for our a/c. It's impossible to find our size locally. I've been getting our air filters from Air Filters Delivered for several years. Very happy with the product, and considering they are custom-made filters, they deliver fast. Thanks!

Poor quality - Don't back their products Poor quality I purchased 6 air filters and when I removed the first one from the blower unit, I noticed that the pleats had separated from the frame allowing air past the filter. I noticed one other filter (not used) where the pleats had also separated. I contacted air filters delivered and they said there was nothing they could do about the problem since the order was 2 months old and would not replace the filters.
