GBHappy with the rugs, one issue resolved I am very happy with the rugs I bought. There was however an issue with the ordering part. Specifically, I changed my mind on the sizes I purchased and was told I could cancel within an hour of placing the order. I was well within an hour but the computer wouldn't let me cancel. From that point there were multiple other problems but Arthur in customer service got the problems solved and I'm happy with the rugs.

GBThis was my first purchase This was my first purchase. Outdoor 5x7 ish rug. I’ve had a bit of a time getting the corners to lay flat. About two weeks with heavyweight on each corner. The rug was as described and came quickly. I did appreciate the call from customer service last week asking about my experience. Customer service doesn’t exist these days but Boutique has it!! Thank you. I do recommend.

GBBeautiful and Quality Rugs! Ordered 2 rugs and 2 rug pads during Black Friday. Received them all very fast. The quality of the rugs are very impressive, especially happy with how beautiful they are in person.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. I purchased the rug and they changed sizes on me during the point of sale. I called the company immediately to cancel the order (2 mins), and they could not stop the process and billed and shipped it to me anyway. Now, I am responsible for paying to ship it back to get a refund. Never do business with boutiquerugs.com

GBBe very careful when using a gift card Be very careful when using a gift card! Example: if you buy a rug for $300, use a $100 gift card, $200 on your credit card, then return the rug, they will refund $280 (-$20 restock fee) to a gift card. They do not care if you paid any portion with your credit card! If they see a gift card was used, your entire refund will go to a gift card to Boutique Rugs. It is so ridiculous!!
