The rug is beautiful The rug is beautiful, love it! I don’t like that the pad doesn’t fit under my rug, so I’m going to attempt to cut it. And when my dogs wrestle around on the rug, it slides off of the pad easily, so I wonder about just doing away with the pad completely, however, I worry about the rug than slipping around on the wood floor.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. I purchased the rug and they changed sizes on me during the point of sale. I called the company immediately to cancel the order (2 mins), and they could not stop the process and billed and shipped it to me anyway. Now, I am responsible for paying to ship it back to get a refund. Never do business with boutiquerugs.com

We were nervous to purchase and it took a long time to decide which rug to buy because there were so many great options, but we are so glad we chose this rug. We will likely be purchasing another in the future to change things up from time to time, and we will probably be purchasing runners as well. Don't hesitate-- purchase NOW.

Tigris TGS-2322 Area Rug Disappointment I have ordered at least 5 rugs from here and I have been happy with quality and look of all except my last one (Tigris TGS-2322 Area Rug) It’s really thin and floppy and the material is not good quality. Definitely a disappointment with this one. Shipping could be a little faster too.

Just ordered my first rug from Boutique… Just ordered my first rug from Boutique Rugs and it has been a good experience. The rug arrived in good condition, and in packaging that would be easy to re-use for a return. Luckily, the rug I ordered fit perfectly in our space and I've already gotten many compliments on the rug. My main reason for buying the rug is that it is supposed to be washable. So far, so good!
