GBMost Popular Rug Award goes to… This rug is beautiful and has such a great texture. I am always nervous buying rugs online, but this one did not disappoint. Almost everyone that comes into my homes asks where I got it.

GBMiddle of the road The rug was very inexpensive, so my expectations were that the rug would have some imperfections. However, this one was much thinner than the last one I purchased and it has some puckering I expect due to how the edging was sewn. Since our family is particularly hard on items this rug works, but is lacking in quality. I was hoping for a bit better quality.

GBQuality and Customer Service Could be Improved UPDATED I purchased a rug which was, at first glance lovely. However, within two months of owning the rug it began to unravel on the edges. I contacted the company and they said they saw no defect and blamed it on the fact that I used the wrong sweeper. The rug has been in storage most of the time because of a move and I’ve swept it maybe twice - being careful to avoid the edges. At first the company said they could provide a $100 gift card, which I wasn't a fan of since I think the best customer service companies would immediately send a replacement (and ask the customer to send back the defective item) After lots of back and forth they agreed to issue a gift card to cover the total cost. In the end I’m fine with that but overall not impressed with how they initially stand behind their product or how easily the rug seam came undone I think going forward I may shop other washable rugs that seem to hold up better to everyday life.

GBHappy with the rugs, one issue resolved I am very happy with the rugs I bought. There was however an issue with the ordering part. Specifically, I changed my mind on the sizes I purchased and was told I could cancel within an hour of placing the order. I was well within an hour but the computer wouldn't let me cancel. From that point there were multiple other problems but Arthur in customer service got the problems solved and I'm happy with the rugs.
