Middle of the road The rug was very inexpensive, so my expectations were that the rug would have some imperfections. However, this one was much thinner than the last one I purchased and it has some puckering I expect due to how the edging was sewn. Since our family is particularly hard on items this rug works, but is lacking in quality. I was hoping for a bit better quality.

Above and beyond They addressed a concern that I had with one of the rugs I purchased and, even though I didn’t expect it, they offered compensation. I really appreciated this type of customer service.

Just ordered my first rug from Boutique… Just ordered my first rug from Boutique Rugs and it has been a good experience. The rug arrived in good condition, and in packaging that would be easy to re-use for a return. Luckily, the rug I ordered fit perfectly in our space and I've already gotten many compliments on the rug. My main reason for buying the rug is that it is supposed to be washable. So far, so good!

False advertising, not machine washable. The website clearly says that rugs up to 8x10 are machine washable. That's the only reason why I ordered from them. The 8x10 rug I got was not even close to fitting in my large machine. My 8x10 Ruggable rug fits in my washing machine easily. Misleading advertising that led to me purchasing something that didn't have the only feature that I cared about.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. I purchased the rug and they changed sizes on me during the point of sale. I called the company immediately to cancel the order (2 mins), and they could not stop the process and billed and shipped it to me anyway. Now, I am responsible for paying to ship it back to get a refund. Never do business with boutiquerugs.com
