GB❌DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ❌DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them zero I would! Mattress is of very poor quality sunken after less that a month, I contacted them to return the mattress as per the 100 night return policy . They send a fake copy of a refund that doesn’t go into your account then just keep ignoring your emails.

GBI have already wrote a review but… I have already wrote a review but before I took mattress to tip after few years and no there is no 10yr warrenty. Inside was cheap bit of foam and springs load of rubbish.

GBI ordered a matress I ordered a matress , it took ages to come and they delivered a super king instead of a double, they do not respond to emails and the uk number on the website does not exist, they contacted me once asking for photos to prove I had not opened the package which I hadn’t and I gave photos the same day as requested, and then again they did not respond. So I am left with a mattress that doesn’t fit the bed. The customer service is non existent so for this reason I would not recommend.

GB1 year later and still love it! 👍 I purchased two twin xl 12 inch hybrid mattresses for my split king adjustable bed in June of 2022, and I am thrilled to say that they still look and feel amazing. They are still incredibly comfortable and supportive, and the quality for the price I paid is unbeatable! I highly recommend this mattress to any type of sleeper.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service, unfortunately the mattress topper I bought was too firm. I contacted their customer support and asked if they could exchange for me as it was in their 100 day policy. They couldn't have been more helpful, sent me details of other ones then dispatched a brand new one which was softer within a few days. Thank you so much
