Great company. I recently bought a lovely thick topper for my mattress. However for me, it wasn't suitable because of my back. I used the 100 day guarantee and was a little worried it may not be honoured. How wrong I was. I was even given some other options if I wanted them which was lovely. Such a polite honorable company that I would use again and have no hesitation in recommending honestly to anyone else. Well done Inofia. Great company that you are, which makes a nice change 😀

I ordered a matress I ordered a matress , it took ages to come and they delivered a super king instead of a double, they do not respond to emails and the uk number on the website does not exist, they contacted me once asking for photos to prove I had not opened the package which I hadn’t and I gave photos the same day as requested, and then again they did not respond. So I am left with a mattress that doesn’t fit the bed. The customer service is non existent so for this reason I would not recommend.

Comfortable Mattresses, Great Customer Service, Definitely Recommend! Amazingly comfortable mattresses, and really friendly customer service. I would certainly recommend. Mattresses arrived quickly and well packaged. My partner found the topper that we bought to be too warm, (which is an issue with all memory foam, not specific to Inofia), and though found it nothing but comfortable I contacted Inofia who were wonderfully helpful and resolved our issue very quickly.

1 year later and still love it! 👍 I purchased two twin xl 12 inch hybrid mattresses for my split king adjustable bed in June of 2022, and I am thrilled to say that they still look and feel amazing. They are still incredibly comfortable and supportive, and the quality for the price I paid is unbeatable! I highly recommend this mattress to any type of sleeper.

Tracking info given late and item never arrived the customer service on this occasion was not very good. they didn't bother sending tracking information for delivery and when i messaged them it took them several days to respond only for them to say it was apparently was delivered over the weekend when it never even turned up! the tracking information didn't even match up and no response from them to send another mattress. had to raise a dispute with paypal just to get something done with the issue.
