Great company. I recently bought a lovely thick topper for my mattress. However for me, it wasn't suitable because of my back. I used the 100 day guarantee and was a little worried it may not be honoured. How wrong I was. I was even given some other options if I wanted them which was lovely. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, unfortunately the mattress topper I bought was too firm. I contacted their customer support and asked if they could exchange for me as it was in their 100 day policy. They couldn't have been more helpful, sent me details of other ones then dispatched a brand new one which was softer within a few days. Thank you so much

My first mattres in the box Get my first hybrid mattress after 5 days, the mattress comes compressed in a box, which makes it easier to maneuver, although it is quite heavy. I moved it up four flights of stairs to my walkup apartment by myself using the tire flip method, which worked well. The mattress packaging was also pretty intact. After unrolling the mattress in the morning, it was fully expanded and ready to sleep on by night. I didn't notice any strange smells. Initially, the mattress was firmer than I expected, but it has gotten softer and more comfortable over time. The mix of foam and springs provides the perfect level of sink and support, making me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I sleep on my side and back, and don't experience any pressure points or pain in my hips or lower back. I wake up ache-free every morning. Honestly, I sleep so well on mattress that it's like I don't even remember falling asleep. It's really nice how affordable this mattress is, especially considering how comfortable it is. I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable mattress. It's suitable for all body types and sleeping styles, and I'm so glad that I took a chance on it.

Comfortable Mattresses, Great Customer Service, Definitely Recommend! Amazingly comfortable mattresses, and really friendly customer service. I would certainly recommend. Mattresses arrived quickly and well packaged. My partner found the topper that we bought to be too warm, (which is an issue with all memory foam, not specific to Inofia), and though found it nothing but comfortable I contacted Inofia who were wonderfully helpful and resolved our issue very quickly.
