Mattress is of very poor quality sunken after less that a month, I contacted them to return the mattress as per the 100 night return policy . They send a fake copy of a refund that doesn’t go into your account then just keep ignoring your emails.

Not as advertised After a lot of research, I decided to give this mattress a try for my guest bed. The biggest reason was because the website stated that the mattress was made in the USA. The mattress arrives, and a big tacky sticker on the side of the box, says made in China. Disappointed with that! The mattress however is very comfortable, and I am very pleased with!! I would buy another.

We love this. We love this. The mattress arrived and was easily unpacked. A nice little touch off a box cutter inside the pack, therefore there was no risk of damaging the mattress when unpacking it. It took a little while to fully inflate, as expected. Eventually over a few days it fully inflated. In my opinion, this is the most comfortable mattress I have a pleasure to sleep on. I would highly recommend this for price, quality and comfort. A letter word of warning; it is very very heavy, definitely needs 2 if not 3 people to manoeuvre it into place. Especially if like me, you have a very small house. We wrestled with it to get it up the stairs and over the banister, before we were able to get it in the bedroom, and believe me it took an awful lot of effort, but we'll worth it. 😊. Good luck .

Love it This is hands down one of the comfiest mattresses we've ever owned. This mattress is incredibly comfortable and my family loves it so much this is the second one we've purchased. The Queen size is perfect for us, and at its price, it's definitely worth it. We are so pleased with our purchase, and we recommend it to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

Great company. I recently bought a lovely thick topper for my mattress. However for me, it wasn't suitable because of my back. I used the 100 day guarantee and was a little worried it may not be honoured. How wrong I was. I was even given some other options if I wanted them which was lovely. Such a polite honorable company that I would use again and have no hesitation in recommending honestly to anyone else. Well done Inofia. Great company that you are, which makes a nice change 😀
