Mattress is of very poor quality sunken after less that a month, I contacted them to return the mattress as per the 100 night return policy . They send a fake copy of a refund that doesn’t go into your account then just keep ignoring your emails.

Comfortable Mattresses, Great Customer Service, Definitely Recommend! Amazingly comfortable mattresses, and really friendly customer service. I would certainly recommend. Mattresses arrived quickly and well packaged. My partner found the topper that we bought to be too warm, (which is an issue with all memory foam, not specific to Inofia), and though found it nothing but comfortable I contacted Inofia who were wonderfully helpful and resolved our issue very quickly.

1 year later and still love it! 👍 I purchased two twin xl 12 inch hybrid mattresses for my split king adjustable bed in June of 2022, and I am thrilled to say that they still look and feel amazing. They are still incredibly comfortable and supportive, and the quality for the price I paid is unbeatable! I highly recommend this mattress to any type of sleeper.
