Fantastic matress Fantastic matress. No more tossing and turning feel like this will be a life changer. Woke up this morning totally refreshed and no aching lower back. I would describe this matress as heaven on a bed. Superb.

Tracking info given late and item never arrived the customer service on this occasion was not very good. they didn't bother sending tracking information for delivery and when i messaged them it took them several days to respond only for them to say it was apparently was delivered over the weekend when it never even turned up! the tracking information didn't even match up and no response from them to send another mattress. had to raise a dispute with paypal just to get something done with the issue.

I have already wrote a review but… I have already wrote a review but before I took mattress to tip after few years and no there is no 10yr warrenty. Inside was cheap bit of foam and springs load of rubbish.

Guarantee not honoured Mattress is less that five years old and springs faulty, customer service do not offer replacement only 25% refund or discount towards another mattress which I would not be accepting. 10 year guarantee is a scam!

Don’t buy from this seller!!!! Good customer service but the delivery still waiting and way beyond the promise ***Slight adjustment! Very bad customer service too! They don’t collect the matteress and I didn’t even open the box
