Beautiful rug! Very happy shopping with Decor Market, shipping as lightning fast and any questions I had were answered immediately with great customer sercie.. And I Love my rug...it is beautiful and unique. It's muted but colorful, don't know how that's possible but it is. The best photo representation are the ones that show it close up. It has a wide array of colors in it.

Fast shipping and easy to use! The website/ checkout was very easy to use. Although I couldn't find a tracking number for the confirmation email. It didn't really matter though, I received my order incredibly fast, like two days fast! I've been looking at other websites for the same items which were much more expensive then the ones on this site. The items were exactly what was pictured.

After placing my order I did not receive any help with a problem After placing my order, I immediately requested to change the color of my item - same price and style. I left a message and sent an email. I did not receive a response. I called 6 more times the following day. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would send an email to the manufacturer. Then I later received an email that it was too late to change the color, and I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the item. I do not believe that they tried at all to help me or provide any customer service.
