USAfter placing my order I did not receive any help with a problem After placing my order, I immediately requested to change the color of my item - same price and style. I left a message and sent an email. I did not receive a response. I called 6 more times the following day. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would send an email to the manufacturer. Then I later received an email that it was too late to change the color, and I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the item. I do not believe that they tried at all to help me or provide any customer service.

USI had such a wonderful experience… I had such a wonderful experience shopping online with Decor Market. I searched high and low for a specific looking dining chair, all big box retailers were sold out! But Decor Market had what I was looking for…and at a great price too! I ordered 6 chairs, one arrived damaged/factory defect. Decor Market’s customer service was excellent and within a day of writing them about my damaged product, they had a new one on the way. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

USI wouldn’t even give them a 1 star I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I work in the customer service industry myself and I am absolutely appalled by the way this has been handled. Purchased two barstools from them. They sent out one of the stools to me without any notification of any items being sent out. So when I received it I figured the other would show up after the first so I emailed them and asked when the other will arrive and they said the second one was now a back order item (if an item shows in stock it must be sent out in timely manner you cannot change it to back order once ordered) and would be available June unbelievable what do you do with one barstool? Had I known that I would have just canceled the order. So then I was stuck with one chair that I had already thrown the box away. I had to purchase a box with my own money to send the barstool back. I sent it out says delivered to the return address they gave me. Emailed about where the refund is and said they still need two weeks and I get my refund then absolutely unprofessional all around. They messed this up they should make it right I need my refund asap. UPDATE: they did issue my refund so I have edited the review but they did not acknowledge that the issue was directly their fault and due to poor customer service.
