Awesome customer service! The customer service at the Hunt Club location, that I dealt with recently, was excellent. I had an old blind that broke, I called the store with my order number, very quickly the said it can be fixed as still under warranty. I was told to bring in to the store anytime. The customer service person was super helpful and polite...once dropped off I got a call 3 days later, my blind was fixed. Great experience!!

Terrible Customer Service Went into East Mississauga store and ordered blinds. We paid 50% up front and told the balance will be due when installed. Two weeks later they advise blinds are ready but wouldn’t let me book installation appointment until I paid in full. We refused. The sales clerk was rude and said that was their policy even though she was the one who said we pay balance when installed. We asked for a call back from the manager. Never received the call. Terrible customer service. In the end we had to pay balance or no appointment to install. I have 3 more windows to do but definitely will not go back there.

thouroughly disapointed I am writing to express how thouroughly disapointed I am with Blinds to go. I met with th sales rep for shutter blinds for a bedroom, in sept. 2023. The order was placed and measurements were taken in peron by the installer. The insatllers had to come back TWICE to complete the installation because of wrong mesurements and differents excuses on their part. The installation is still not complete, 3 MONTHS LATER. There was supposed to be A THIRD visit to finally finish the installation. I have yet to hear from either the sales rep or the installers. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. I am mad and disapointed. I regret not picking the other company I had come to do an estimate.

Best price by far and a great job Blinds To Go in Kitchener did a great job explaining options and collecting our info. The quotes from everywhere else (3-4 others) were all almost twice as much. The installer who came out to measure and then came back to install was polite and quick. One valance out of four was the wrong height, so he took it back, came back within a week and it was the wrong colour, and came again within a week and it was fine. They look great and work perfectly.

Blinds to Go a good value experience The information provided on the website was spot on, the instructions was spot on, once ordered they were delivered on time, they really are great value and simple to install a little fidly but that is to be expected just take your time, watch the install video several times and they go on easily. A++
