Faulty Blind Installation Not all of our blinds were installed correctly. The blinds on our slider were not straight. Per our request, the rod was straightened. However, the pull-chain holder also had to be moved, which left two holes in our wall. Our separate order for drapes + their installation was very professional + satisfactory.

BLINDS TO GO DOES NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT I purchased faux wooden blinds that did not close properly. After being sent bk for repair, they still do not close tightly (gap inbetween slats) The co is telling me this is normal & that I SIGNED A WAVER understanding that.I did not. My options r according to co : "up grade" to new blinds, at my expense, swap out for diff type window treatment (at same price) or live with them.....cause "under no circumstances r u being refunded ur money". And every single rep i spoke with. & there were many, were rude, uncareing to my siuation & acted like it was MY fault im in this situation. I feel they misrepresented exactly how the blinds would work (they worked perfectly on display wall) & i was assured they would be the same on my window. Not true. They also lied when they said i signed a wavier (that only THEY) have a copy of. Im disappointed, but lesson learned. I will now shop at mom &pop store, where integrity still matters.

Bifold blinds shredding after 18 months I purchased click fit blinds for our bifold doors, they have been installed for approximately 18 months. All three are now developing rips in the fabric. The blinds 2 go website advertise a 5 year warranty. Beware, the service team say that parts are covered for 5 years but not the fabric, however you cannot buy replacement fabric, you have to buy the whole unit. I believe that these blinds are not fit for purpose and I will not waste more money on a product that will add to our environmental waste after such a short time. I think that the website is very misleading, advertising a 5 year warranty that simply does not exist and I will be referring this to Trading Standards before more people suffer the same fate.

Perfect Fit Blinds Ordered perfect fit blinds, really poor quality and badly made. Look really bulky and cheap material, nothing like the pictures advertised. They don’t keep any light out either as the roller isn’t on a tread just hangs loose. Refused to refund, luckily I had purchase on credit so raised a dispute with provider. Still had to pay return postage. Would avoid at all costs

Best price by far and a great job Blinds To Go in Kitchener did a great job explaining options and collecting our info. The quotes from everywhere else (3-4 others) were all almost twice as much. The installer who came out to measure and then came back to install was polite and quick. One valance out of four was the wrong height, so he took it back, came back within a week and it was the wrong colour, and came again within a week and it was fine. They look great and work perfectly.
