GBProduct was as described! I received exactly what I ordered within the expected time frame. I would have appreciated at least one email confirming my order or an “it has shipped” date. It was a little unclear to me if you had received my order. However, with patience on my part I was very pleased with the product. It looks great in my new classroom.

CAPoor customer contact long wait.. Meh. I ordered over a month ago, I haven’t received any emails confirming my purchase, or any update dates on shipping or a time/date delivery estimate.. now I read the reviews for this company and I’m skeptical I’ll ever receive my print or if I do it will be low quality and there will be bad customer service to rectify my problem. I run a very successful service business, and this is NOT the way to run a successful business. I won’t use this site again. Now you want me to agree to all your terms and conditions to post this review. OK.

GBReceived my print which was good… Received my print which was good quality but a bit overpriced for the size. The order arrived sooner than the initial expected date which is why I rated them a four instead of 3.

GBI order a total of 6 poster and by… I order a total of 6 poster and by mistake one of them was order a different size from the rest. Crushprints contacted me address the issue and fixed it at no additional cost. Great service. Poster were of great quality.

GBOrdered almost a month ago and haven’t received my item … I ordered a flag almost a month ago and it is nowhere to be seen. I have contacted this company three times for information. They gave me sketchy tracking information that doesn’t really tell me anything other than the item is coming from China. There was no indication anywhere on their website that shipping could be delayed or that this item would be sent directly from China. I am really angry because this was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day. If this company does not respond to my most recent request for information I am going to get my credit card company involved.
