Buyer beware It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order for a single poster and I haven’t received a single update. They say in the order confirmation email to reply if you don’t receive an update on your order after one week, which I did but with no response. After a couple of days I emailed customer service to cancel my order and issue a refund with, again, no response. I finally get an email from them but not about my order, it’s to ask to rate their website so here I am. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them. Buyer beware!

Poor customer contact long wait.. Meh. I ordered over a month ago, I haven’t received any emails confirming my purchase, or any update dates on shipping or a time/date delivery estimate.. now I read the reviews for this company and I’m skeptical I’ll ever receive my print or if I do it will be low quality and there will be bad customer service to rectify my problem. I run a very successful service business, and this is NOT the way to run a successful business. I won’t use this site again. Now you want me to agree to all your terms and conditions to post this review. OK.

Great Deal on an Awesome T-Shirt! My dad loved his new T-shirt. My only complaint is not hearing anything from Crushprints (beyond the order confirmation email I received upon purchase) about the status of my order until nine days after the date of purchase, which made me question the company's legitimacy. Hopefully, Crushprints will improve its communication system and processing time to inspire first-time customers to keep coming back.

It’s Ben 17 days still not receive a… It’s Ben 17 days still not receive a shipping confirmation, plus got a e mail saying it would take 15 days to get it so to me a company that takes over 35 days to get a product but yet accept your money right away is a pore company.example I don’t pay for my groceries 35 days in advance…

I absolutely LOVE my poster I absolutely LOVE my poster! I made a mistake and accidentally ordered 2 posters. They were great and immediately canceled 1 and submitted a refund. But, I felt that communication was not entirely clear and felt like the "tone" of the message was rude by whoever responded. I would order again because they have exceptional quality products and very fast delivery.
