Buyer beware It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order for a single poster and I haven’t received a single update. They say in the order confirmation email to reply if you don’t receive an update on your order after one week, which I did but with no response. After a couple of days I emailed customer service to cancel my order and issue a refund with, again, no response. I finally get an email from them but not about my order, it’s to ask to rate their website so here I am. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them. Buyer beware!

Ordered almost a month ago and haven’t received my item … I ordered a flag almost a month ago and it is nowhere to be seen. I have contacted this company three times for information. They gave me sketchy tracking information that doesn’t really tell me anything other than the item is coming from China. There was no indication anywhere on their website that shipping could be delayed or that this item would be sent directly from China. I am really angry because this was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day. If this company does not respond to my most recent request for information I am going to get my credit card company involved.

Take your money & run - never received what I paid for !!! Ordered & paid for September 28th. October 8th still showing “unfulfilled” despite being PAST the allotted time on their website for delivery. I should have had it by now. Tried to email them @ their customer service email. Mailer Daemon returned mail “ recipient not found” SCAM SCAM charging my purchase back - don’t wait the 30 days they tell you to wait or you will be screwed.

I never got my product! I never got my product!! I paid the company for a 24” x 36“ poster of sewing knowledge and it was never received. I sent the company three emails to which they never responded to any of them. And as of today’s date there is still no resolution so I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card because this company is a scam!! Buyers beware!
