Neat Poster but has flaws I have a great checkout experience, but the poster I received has a spot with times new Roman font overlaying an image. It seems to be only one area that has this issue.

Ordered almost a month ago and haven’t received my item … I ordered a flag almost a month ago and it is nowhere to be seen. I have contacted this company three times for information. They gave me sketchy tracking information that doesn’t really tell me anything other than the item is coming from China. There was no indication anywhere on their website that shipping could be delayed or that this item would be sent directly from China. I am really angry because this was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day. If this company does not respond to my most recent request for information I am going to get my credit card company involved.

Great Deal on an Awesome T-Shirt! My dad loved his new T-shirt. My only complaint is not hearing anything from Crushprints (beyond the order confirmation email I received upon purchase) about the status of my order until nine days after the date of purchase, which made me question the company's legitimacy. Hopefully, Crushprints will improve its communication system and processing time to inspire first-time customers to keep coming back.

Defective poster, Customer Service unresponsive I purchased Waterskiing Knowledge poster. There was a date error/typo on the poster in the History section. The poster advertised on their website does NOT have same typo. There were also some double printed letters. I contacted customer service and they were very vague/unresponsive. They said they would send a new one but that was months ago. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

It’s Ben 17 days still not receive a… It’s Ben 17 days still not receive a shipping confirmation, plus got a e mail saying it would take 15 days to get it so to me a company that takes over 35 days to get a product but yet accept your money right away is a pore company.example I don’t pay for my groceries 35 days in advance…
