Review 01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Leaking connections The hose itself is very pretty. Excellent packaging but the connectors leak! I reported this and was told to read the instructions?!! You don't need a PhD to connect a hose... Beautiful, but unfortunately due to the leaking connectors, unpractical.

Reputation Restored I am much relieved to have received the garden hose connectors I was waiting on. I am also appreciative of the inclusion of a special surprise with the delivery of the connectors. Thank you GG for being an ethical business and responding to my concerns.

Large Lion Pot I ordered the large Lion pot on May 18, 2023. I still have not received it 2.5 months later. Every time I emailed asking about the order status I was told it will be mailed next week or at the end of the month. I checked the website for this product 2 weeks ago and it said it is expected to be mailed in mid August. I just checked the website again today and it says mid September. They are selling a product they do not have.
