GBNo idea when items will be shipped or arrive I ordered weeks ago. One item was to be "shipped at the end of March" - nothing has been shipped yet as far as I can tell. Waiting for a response. The products look nice and it is an interesting concept, but I still have no idea because I am waiting to see when anything will even be shipped. A suggestion for whoever is running Garden Glory - give estimated arrival times for items and give updates. If you dont know when something will be ready because of your internal production delays, be more transparent about it. Will I ever get the products? No idea/no idea when.

AEProduct is substandard. Quality control to be stepped up! I ordered two garden hose and antler bracket sets, but both were damaged. They keep replacing them, but they keep arriving chipped or the holes in the brackets don’t align with the nodules on the horns. It’s been a very frustrating couple of months trying to get this sorted and although the customer service team have been very patient and accommodating, it’s sad that the product is a disappointment. Finally I received a set that wasn’t chipped as I recommended that they bubble wrap it, only to have the nodules not align again with the bracket which means that the bracket doesn’t sit flush to my wall. The whole thing rocks back and forth and feels very loose. So disappointed with this “luxury” garden set.

GBLarge Lion Pot I ordered the large Lion pot on May 18, 2023. I still have not received it 2.5 months later. Every time I emailed asking about the order status I was told it will be mailed next week or at the end of the month. I checked the website for this product 2 weeks ago and it said it is expected to be mailed in mid August. I just checked the website again today and it says mid September. They are selling a product they do not have.
