GBshipping damage Smoker is great there was a few issues upon receiving the smoker the fan shroud was bent and fan did not work but customer service shipped one right out and everything works great

AUSpent a few weeks doing the research… Spent a few weeks doing the research and shopping around in July for a $10k outdoor kitchen. Chose Barbeques Galore and was told it would be a month for delivery (mid August), then was told mid October, now I call up today (early Sept) only to be told it's now going to be December (if it turns up at all). If I hadn't have called I'd be waiting until mid October to find this out. Don't deal with these guys if it isn't in stock - no people skills whatsoever. No idea what the quality of the kitchen would have been like as we didn't actually receive it, but based on some of the comments below re warranty I'm thinking maybe we dodged a bullet now.

GBPrompt response and a refund was credited and the ad has not reared it's ugly head since Ordering and delivery went fine, but a short time after I placed the order I started receiving ads , lots of ads.. the ads, all from Barbeques Galore, offered the product I had just ordered at a lower price and that the item was a clearance item and nonreturnable. Not disclosed when the order was accepted..

AUI ordered an outdoor dining setting in … I ordered an outdoor dining setting in early Sept which has just arrived and it is now mid Oct. I didn't mind the wait as I was excited to be getting a new one. The outdoor setting came in boxes which wasn't a problem but 4 chairs were in a box and two were on their own. On setting the chairs up I noticed 4 chairs (which were in a separate box had foot tips on them and the two chairs on their own are missing their foot tips so currently they will scratch my tiles. I keep ringing BBQ Galore and no-one answers their phone....Pretty disappointed!!!!! What would you do?

CACan’t not recommend this at store Can’t not recommend this at store. Customer service is awful. Went into look at replacing a Cabana Coast lounger in Sept 2021. Dealt with a part time employee, who went back to school and did not follow up. Went in several times to inquire and was told Would have to wait until she returned????no hand off to another staff member? Next thing I know a lounger arrived with my name on it at a cost of $3000 and it is absolutely nothing like my current outdoor set. Was given a choice of purchasing the lounger or a restocking fee of $1500. Since I didn’t document communication from the beginning, moving forward I emailed all communication. I am getting ghosted by the store manager, who at the time said she work to resolve the issue. Extremely bad customer service.
