Gas line for BBQ Had a gas line run from the basement to the backyard for our new Weber Spirit II. Two gents were in and out in about an hour, and the installation seems flawless (not an expert). Also gave me tips on how to break-in and maintain the grill - would definitely give them future business!

My BBQ Galore Grand Turbo is only ok. My BBQ Galore Turbo STS is generally well made, but still far from great. For a Stainless Steel Grill, it mostly is, but not all. Found out that the grate is only glad in SS, and the core is iron metal. Which over time fails @$100/set delivered. Burners are very thin SS Sheet metal and fail after a few years, $300/set delivered. Not cast SS like my previous BBQ Galore Captn Cook. The Ceramic Flame Tamer Briquette are also a poor choice over Stainless steel hoods, and cost over a $100/set to replace. The burner igniters also corrode and fail, and have to be replaced every couple of years. The mounting blocks for the caster wheels are also metal and rusted right through. The design of the grill allows rain water to enter the grease pan and the cupboard storage areas under the grill. So a cover is not just a good idea it is required. However the corners of the wing shelves are so squared off and pointed that it is extremely easy to shred a grill cover if one is not super, super careful when putting it on or taking it off. In summary it cooks great, even heat, but very expensive to own and maintain.

I allege using Bait Advertising… I allege they are using Bait Advertising schemes. I was shopping to buy a specific Evo grill for a couple weeks and then they had a micro-add that started popping up on my computer saying they are extending the labor day specials until September 30th and the grill I want has the normal price of $3995 crossed out and flashing $3,325.50 in green (which was the best sale price a couple weeks prior). So I gathered the funds to buy it and clicked on the add which took me to the website and showed normal price, I entered the discount code as stated but showed now discount, I emailed them and in writing they said the $3,325.50 price is an old price from 2017 which seems like a lie to me being it was the sale price from two weeks ago, so now I allege they are lying to me too. They refuse to honor the price that I requested them to do, and now my second best pricing of $3,595 from other vendor has expired so now I'm really pissed. They have an extremely aggressive marketing and advertising campaign and they should be held accountable for what I believe is intentional to get you into their website store. (I have screen shots and videos of their adds that they won't honor)

The customer is not right Dropped 3300.00 on a pizza oven cart. It was delivered and set up yesterday. Tipped the delivery set up guys, gave them soda only to find out later in the day that the knob that controls the propane is damaged and or inoperable. To make a long story short...I lost my s..t talking to the Encinitas store. I wanted someone to come out to repair or replace today. No can do. Told them to come and pick it up and give me a refund or send a new one. They seem fine with picking it up. Of course, I haven't seen the money yet and I suspect I'll get hosed on that as well. An example of laziness because they can. The delivery set up guys should carry a propane bottle to ensure that it works prior to leaving.

Prompt response and a refund was credited and the ad has not reared it's ugly head since Ordering and delivery went fine, but a short time after I placed the order I started receiving ads , lots of ads.. the ads, all from Barbeques Galore, offered the product I had just ordered at a lower price and that the item was a clearance item and nonreturnable. Not disclosed when the order was accepted..
