I allege using Bait Advertising… I allege they are using Bait Advertising schemes. I was shopping to buy a specific Evo grill for a couple weeks and then they had a micro-add that started popping up on my computer saying they are extending the labor day specials until September 30th and the grill I want has the normal price of $3995 crossed out and flashing $3,325.50 in green (which was the best sale price a couple weeks prior). So I gathered the funds to buy it and clicked on the add which took me to the website and showed normal price, I entered the discount code as stated but showed now discount, I emailed them and in writing they said the $3,325.50 price is an old price from 2017 which seems like a lie to me being it was the sale price from two weeks ago, so now I allege they are lying to me too. They refuse to honor the price that I requested them to do, and now my second best pricing of $3,595 from other vendor has expired so now I'm really pissed. They have an extremely aggressive marketing and advertising campaign and they should be held accountable for what I believe is intentional to get you into their website store. (I have screen shots and videos of their adds that they won't honor)

I ordered an outdoor dining setting in … I ordered an outdoor dining setting in early Sept which has just arrived and it is now mid Oct. I didn't mind the wait as I was excited to be getting a new one. The outdoor setting came in boxes which wasn't a problem but 4 chairs were in a box and two were on their own. On setting the chairs up I noticed 4 chairs (which were in a separate box had foot tips on them and the two chairs on their own are missing their foot tips so currently they will scratch my tiles. I keep ringing BBQ Galore and no-one answers their phone....Pretty disappointed!!!!! What would you do?

Spent a few weeks doing the research… Spent a few weeks doing the research and shopping around in July for a $10k outdoor kitchen. Chose Barbeques Galore and was told it would be a month for delivery (mid August), then was told mid October, now I call up today (early Sept) only to be told it's now going to be December (if it turns up at all). If I hadn't have called I'd be waiting until mid October to find this out. Don't deal with these guys if it isn't in stock - no people skills whatsoever. No idea what the quality of the kitchen would have been like as we didn't actually receive it, but based on some of the comments below re warranty I'm thinking maybe we dodged a bullet now.

Bought Kamado Joe- waiting 3 months and… Bought Kamado Joe- waiting 3 months and still they have not delivered the ikamand and cover. This is despite these products being available at other stores. When I made a complaint , they cancelled my order, suggested i was being difficult and advised i should buy it online and hung up. Id suggest buy a big green egg from someone else as bbq galore have exclusive distribution of kamado joe and the service ive experienced from them has been completely unsatisfactory.

Can’t not recommend this at store Can’t not recommend this at store. Customer service is awful. Went into look at replacing a Cabana Coast lounger in Sept 2021. Dealt with a part time employee, who went back to school and did not follow up. Went in several times to inquire and was told Would have to wait until she returned????no hand off to another staff member? Next thing I know a lounger arrived with my name on it at a cost of $3000 and it is absolutely nothing like my current outdoor set. Was given a choice of purchasing the lounger or a restocking fee of $1500. Since I didn’t document communication from the beginning, moving forward I emailed all communication. I am getting ghosted by the store manager, who at the time said she work to resolve the issue. Extremely bad customer service.
