Amazing customer service and overall purchase experience! From start to finish, All Backyard Fun was phenomenal in all areas of customer service! We looked at many different options for fire tables and All Backyard Fun seemed to know all of the details and answered all of our questions no matter how big or small they were. Every employee that we encountered during our purchase process was very nice and made us feel that they were there to help.

Worst Service Experience Ever! First off this company sells equipment and attachements that do not work together. You can buy a large fire ring and they will sell you the ring and an kit together. Though the kit will not work with the ring. The kit includes a valve that will only connect to a 5 gallon tank. That 5 gallon tank can in no way possibly supply enough propane for the ring. They did not mention this when I called and asked for recommendations. Why tell me I can use a kit that I can not use? Next, I returned the fire ring to the address they provided and they stated they never got the fire ring. Where is it? USPS verified it was delivered and signed for at the address they gave me. No refund. This ring cost me almost $300! They have not tried to work with me and I am very upset of the poor service!!

Adirondack chairs We purchased a couple of adirondack chairs and matching table made out of recycled plastic a month ago and are very impressed. Very comfortable and the chairs should last for years and years - very sturdy. And this chair was almost $200 less than essentially the same chair sold at two other retailers in Boulder. Completely satisfied.

Order four Adirondack chairs on May 12 Order four Adirondack chairs on May 12, 2022. When I ordered these chairs, the estimated delivery date was May 26, 2022 - June 2, 2022. I am still waiting to receive my chairs. I get a different story every time I call Customer Service for an explanation. I will never order from this company again.

Dana at All Backyard Fun was amazingly helpful!! We bought an Oriflamme Fire Table from All Backyard Fun... they have an amazing customer service rep (Dana Taylor) who made our experience especially awesome despite there being delays with our order (seriously can't get a cheeseburger these days without there being delays 😀)! Anyway, she was extremely knowledge and very helpful regarding some issues that we had with the product we purchased. Problem was resolved immediately and without issue... and, offered up with a smile (or at least sounded like it on the phone - lol)!! By the way... the fire table is BEAUTIFUL and was well worth waiting for!! Thanks again, Dana!!
