GBGREAT COVER, GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE I looked for a long time trying to find a bowl cover for my Frontgate firepit. It comes without one. Finally found it at All Backyard Fun. Stephanie answered my questions in a professional manner, took my order, and the next thing I knew, I had a gorgeous cover that matched the finish on my pit. Now the Oregon rain splatters harmlessly as I gaze out the window longing for a little clear weather to enjoy the fire. I’m going to alert Frontgate to its existence because some type of cover is needed.

GBGreat products - Great customer service. We spoke to several people at the all backyard fun office before making our purchase over the black Friday weekend. We got an amazing deal and we are already enjoying with our family over the holidays. Our furniture and fire table are high quality and I would say look better in person than portrayed on the site. BSOrdered a firepit in April. Finally gave up. Ordered a firepit in April. I just cancelled the order after endless issues trying to get it shipped, including having them contact me about a shipment that evidently had my name on it in error. Lot's of excuses by people who don't have any idea what they are doing. I asked for my money back finally after yet another rep read back notes about past calls (I've had to call at least 6 times due to ordering and scheduling issues) that did not reflect our conversations at all. Feels like a scam. I doubt I would have ever received the item yet they were paid for it months ago.

GBDana at All Backyard Fun was amazingly helpful!! We bought an Oriflamme Fire Table from All Backyard Fun... they have an amazing customer service rep (Dana Taylor) who made our experience especially awesome despite there being delays with our order (seriously can't get a cheeseburger these days without there being delays 😀)! Anyway, she was extremely knowledge and very helpful regarding some issues that we had with the product we purchased. Problem was resolved immediately and without issue... and, offered up with a smile (or at least sounded like it on the phone - lol)!! By the way... the fire table is BEAUTIFUL and was well worth waiting for!! Thanks again, Dana!!

CADelivery to wrong address The delivery company called to confirm delivery place and time. Delivery place was wrong - was the billing address. I spent a frustrating hour trying to contact and then confirm the real delivery address with the delivery contractor. My purchase arrived three days after their first telephone call. The delivery address posted on the item at delivery was the billing address. I checked the emailed order confirmation and the correct delivery address was shown which is not the billing address. It would appear the billing address has been wrongly used to print the delivery address. Additionally I asked the delivery person if he could help me get the product around the back of my house. He was completely unhelpful.
