Good company, prompt delivery Very pleased with service and overall function in product. The slate tabletop on the fire table is a big disappointment as the on-line picture showed multiple colors in the slate pieces, whereas the actual product is almost pure black/dark gray. It works well from a functional standpoint.

Simple & easy We were guided through the process of purchase in a professional manner. The Firepit is modern, sturdy, & beautiful. The one drawback was finding someone to install this Firepit at a reasonable price. We were successful after a search but it would be nice if these folks found a person to suggest that was also a fair & licensed professional installer.

not pleased with delivery schedule The product arrived in good condition, was packaged well and easy to assemble. I was not pleased with the freight company that was hired. The ship window was noon to 6 pm and the product arrived in the at 5:30. I asked the freight company for a shorter window and they would not comply. I live alone so I had to take 1/2 day off work for this delivery so whatever I saved on this purchase was offset by lost hours at work.

Dana at All Backyard Fun was amazingly helpful!! We bought an Oriflamme Fire Table from All Backyard Fun... they have an amazing customer service rep (Dana Taylor) who made our experience especially awesome despite there being delays with our order (seriously can't get a cheeseburger these days without there being delays 😀)! Anyway, she was extremely knowledge and very helpful regarding some issues that we had with the product we purchased. Problem was resolved immediately and without issue... and, offered up with a smile (or at least sounded like it on the phone - lol)!! By the way... the fire table is BEAUTIFUL and was well worth waiting for!! Thanks again, Dana!!

Delivered to Wrong Address The product came very quickly, which was nice, but one of the boxes (2 boxes total) was shipped to the wrong address. They got one address label correct, and on the other one it just had my name and so UPS did a search and delivered it to the wrong address as a result.
