Waited almost 4 moths for a firepit I… Waited almost 4 moths for a firepit I ordered. the freight company they used for door delivery refused to pull into my street or driveway and said could only unload it on the side of a busy highway. Backyard was suppose to get another freight company to deliver it but didn't hear anything for 3 three weeks. Just called today to find out it was shipped back to manufacturer after they supposedly tried to call me "constantly" for 3 weeks. They shipped it back but didn't refund my money! I called them today and didn't even get an apology after waiting for almost 4 months and hiring the originally "crappy" freight company. Do no buy anything from these people, especially a firepit.

Oriflamme Gas Fireplace is Wonderful!! We are loving our new Oriflamme gas fireplace! It was delivered in a timely fashion, was easy to put together and even easier to operate! The propane tank is hidden and it looks absolutely wonderful on our deck! It puts out plenty of heat and is beautiful to look at! We've already had to refill the tank twice because we've used it so much! Next order of business, order a spare tank!

Amazing customer service and overall purchase experience! From start to finish, All Backyard Fun was phenomenal in all areas of customer service! We looked at many different options for fire tables and All Backyard Fun seemed to know all of the details and answered all of our questions no matter how big or small they were. Exactly What I Was Looking For... I was on the hunt for an awesome picnic table for our newly-remodeled backyard -- preferably something in recycled plastic, that was round and seated eight people. All Backyard Fun had exactly what I was looking for, the online order process was simple, and my item was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The FREE shipping was also great. I'll definitely shop the site again.

Dana at All Backyard Fun was amazingly helpful!! We bought an Oriflamme Fire Table from All Backyard Fun... they have an amazing customer service rep (Dana Taylor) who made our experience especially awesome despite there being delays with our order (seriously can't get a cheeseburger these days without there being delays 😀)! Anyway, she was extremely knowledge and very helpful regarding some issues that we had with the product we purchased. Problem was resolved immediately and without issue... and, offered up with a smile (or at least sounded like it on the phone - lol)!!
