Worst Service Experience Ever! First off this company sells equipment and attachements that do not work together. You can buy a large fire ring and they will sell you the ring and an kit together. Though the kit will not work with the ring. The kit includes a valve that will only connect to a 5 gallon tank. That 5 gallon tank can in no way possibly supply enough propane for the ring. They did not mention this when I called and asked for recommendations. Why tell me I can use a kit that I can not use? Next, I returned the fire ring to the address they provided and they stated they never got the fire ring. Where is it? USPS verified it was delivered and signed for at the address they gave me. No refund. This ring cost me almost $300! They have not tried to work with me and I am very upset of the poor service!!

Waited almost 4 moths for a firepit I… Waited almost 4 moths for a firepit I ordered. the freight company they used for door delivery refused to pull into my street or driveway and said could only unload it on the side of a busy highway. Backyard was suppose to get another freight company to deliver it but didn't hear anything for 3 three weeks. Just called today to find out it was shipped back to manufacturer after they supposedly tried to call me "constantly" for 3 weeks. They shipped it back but didn't refund my money! I called them today and didn't even get an apology after waiting for almost 4 months and hiring the originally "crappy" freight company. Do no buy anything from these people, especially a firepit.

Supreme Customer Service The Google Reviews speak for itself. 5 stars I have worked for this company for 3 1/2 years now. I have never experienced better customer service not only from the owners but also from the delivery team.

Great Site for Fire Pits & Accessories Found a propane gas converter kit for my Oriflamme table. Replacement glass in too many colors to count. Site was easy to use, prices were great. Received order very quickly without paying extra for expedited shipping. Will definitely use this company again.
