GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I returned a wind guard that was useless and did not fit. I have not to date received a refund on my cc. They said the credit card refunding process does not work. Haha but it works to take the money. Insane. Now they tell me they sent a check of course it never came. They don’t answer the phone. They are not legit obviously. It’s a scam company and not ethical at all

GBAmazing customer service and overall purchase experience! From start to finish, All Backyard Fun was phenomenal in all areas of customer service! We looked at many different options for fire tables and All Backyard Fun seemed to know all of the details and answered all of our questions no matter how big or small they were. Every employee that we encountered during our purchase process was very nice and made us feel that they were there to help.

CADelivery to wrong address The delivery company called to confirm delivery place and time. Delivery place was wrong - was the billing address. I spent a frustrating hour trying to contact and then confirm the real delivery address with the delivery contractor. My purchase arrived three days after their first telephone call. The delivery address posted on the item at delivery was the billing address. I checked the emailed order confirmation and the correct delivery address was shown which is not the billing address. It would appear the billing address has been wrongly used to print the delivery address. Additionally I asked the delivery person if he could help me get the product around the back of my house. He was completely unhelpful.

GBWaited almost 4 moths for a firepit I… Waited almost 4 moths for a firepit I ordered. the freight company they used for door delivery refused to pull into my street or driveway and said could only unload it on the side of a busy highway. Backyard was suppose to get another freight company to deliver it but didn't hear anything for 3 three weeks. Just called today to find out it was shipped back to manufacturer after they supposedly tried to call me "constantly" for 3 weeks. They shipped it back but didn't refund my money! I called them today and didn't even get an apology after waiting for almost 4 months and hiring the originally "crappy" freight company. Do no buy anything from these people, especially a firepit.

GBGreat products - Great customer service. We spoke to several people at the all backyard fun office before making our purchase over the black Friday weekend. We got an amazing deal and we are already enjoying with our family over the holidays. Our furniture and fire table are high quality and I would say look better in person than portrayed on the site. Thank you for great customer service. We will tell our friends.
