Good company, prompt delivery Very pleased with service and overall function in product. The slate tabletop on the fire table is a big disappointment as the on-line picture showed multiple colors in the slate pieces, whereas the actual product is almost pure black/dark gray. It works well from a functional standpoint.

We bought an Oriflamme Fire Table from All Backyard Fun... they have an amazing customer service rep (Dana Taylor) who made our experience especially awesome despite there being delays with our order (seriously can't get a cheeseburger these days without there being delays 😀)! Anyway, she was extremely knowledge and very helpful regarding some issues that we had with the product we purchased. Problem was resolved immediately and without issue... and, offered up with a smile (or at least sounded like it on the phone - lol)!! Ordered a firepit in April. Finally gave up. Ordered a firepit in April. I just cancelled the order after endless issues trying to get it shipped, including having them contact me about a shipment that evidently had my name on it in error. Lot's of excuses by people who don't have any idea what they are doing. I asked for my money back finally after yet another rep read back notes about past calls (I've had to call at least 6 times due to ordering and scheduling issues) that did not reflect our conversations at all. Feels like a scam. I doubt I would have ever received the item yet they were paid for it months ago.

Exactly What I Was Looking For... I was on the hunt for an awesome picnic table for our newly-remodeled backyard -- preferably something in recycled plastic, that was round and seated eight people.
