I just cancelled the order after endless issues trying to get it shipped, including having them contact me about a shipment that evidently had my name on it in error. Lot's of excuses by people who don't have any idea what they are doing. I asked for my money back finally after yet another rep read back notes about past calls (I've had to call at least 6 times due to ordering and scheduling issues) that did not reflect our conversations at all. Feels like a scam. I doubt I would have ever received the item yet they were paid for it months ago.

Delivered to Wrong Address The product came very quickly, which was nice, but one of the boxes (2 boxes total) was shipped to the wrong address. They got one address label correct, and on the other one it just had my name and so UPS did a search and delivered it to the wrong address as a result.

Spammers These a-holes began practice of sending SPAM text messages from different numbers to advertise their s-tty products. No way I’ll be buying anything from these imbeciles.

I am still waiting to receive my chairs. I get a different story every time I call Customer Service for an explanation. I will never order from this company again.

Worst Service Experience Ever! First off this company sells equipment and attachements that do not work together. You can buy a large fire ring and they will sell you the ring and an kit together. Though the kit will not work with the ring. The kit includes a valve that will only connect to a 5 gallon tank. That 5 gallon tank can in no way possibly supply enough propane for the ring. They did not mention this when I called and asked for recommendations. Why tell me I can use a kit that I can not use? Next, I returned the fire ring to the address they provided and they stated they never got the fire ring. Where is it? USPS verified it was delivered and signed for at the address they gave me. No refund. This ring cost me almost $300! They have not tried to work with me and I am very upset of the poor service!!
