USNot Worth it Just blahhh. Thats how I feel about their products. But what makes it worse is the customer service. Just not worth buying online. I would shop elsewhere before falling back on this company to furnish your home.

USGreat customer service I went there to purchase a new bed. I wanted something modern looking my sales consultant Lauren new several companies that had a style like I might like we spent about 20 minutes going through different manufacturers websites before finding the right bed. They have color samples for the bed to help choose the color. I am really happy with the bed I choose from there.

USAverage The customer journey/experience is poor. The quality of the product is above average which brings the review up to average. We purchased our furniture and expected delivery within a few weeks. Actual time was months. Attempts to speak with our salesperson after the sale were beyond difficult. They clearly do not care about the customer post sale. Items delivered were damaged. It took months to receive the replacement items. Again phone calls to ask about status were not returned. We had to initiate all calls. Would not shop here again.
