GBHorrendous customer service While they do have pretty rugs it’s unfortunate the customer service is not great. The website is misleading and doesn’t let you know it’s coming from another country (making returning basically impossible) and when not receiving a rug for several months, and asking to cancel the item - said it was being canceled and then shipped several months later and not made whole is concerning. The response was less than appropriate from them stating “I hope karma comes your way…” I would avoid using them at all costs unless you order the rugs through Amazon to take them out of the equation for purchasing.

GBBest Customer Service Ever... Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

GBFame Rug is Astonishingly Dishonest In summary: The dishonesty from "Mary" at Fame Rugs has been astounding. This is not a professional company. I placed an order for a rug from Fame Rugs on October 25th 2022. Two weeks later, having no confirmation or status update, I emailed for several days, asking for an order update, finally gave up, bought elsewhere, and asked Fame to cancel and refund my order. The following day I received an email completely ignoring my cancellation request, saying it'd be shipped soon. I responded repeatedly asking to cancel the order, and was again ignored until another week later they emailed saying the rug was about to arrive. Fame refused to comply with their return policy and pay for return shipping, and instead suggested that I sell the rug and they would refund the difference up to 20% of the price. Super weird and unprofessional, but with little other recourse I did sell the rug, and have spent 15 months trying to get the $68 difference refunded. The excuses are getting absurd: "Credit card isn't working", "Venmo stuck in pending", "Will process when I get to the office", "Have asked my manager to process". Do not give them your money.

GBGreat experience! We had a great experience getting our rug here. They reached out to let us know that there'd be a slight delay in delivery, which I totally understood. I let them know we'd be excited to receive it whenever it comes. Nonetheless, the rug was delivered very quickly, even faster than I would have thought. And it's perfect, absolutely everything we wanted for our space. The colors are vibrant and true to the photographs on their website. I'd recommend!

SGNice rug! Rug is of a good quality and looks pretty in my living room. Delivery was slightly delayed because of the COVID situation but seller response to questions was quick and kept me up to date on the delivery situation.
