NEVER AGAIN - Doesn't stand behind their products Bought a washable rug from them. The description explicitly said it was washable. We washed it cold water, gentle cycle with gentle detergent and air dried it. Rug was absolutely ruined - fabric pilled up and rug shrank substantially -and this company refused to stand behind their product. I will never buy a rug for this place again.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered this rug, the wrong rug arrived. I asked them to send out the correct rug. Instead they cancelled my order! I re-ordered .. Waited waited and AGAIN they have sent the wrong rug! To receive the correct rug will have taken months, and customer service is so slow!

Nice rug! Rug is of a good quality and looks pretty in my living room. Delivery was slightly delayed because of the COVID situation but seller response to questions was quick and kept me up to date on the delivery situation.
